It has been a while since I wrote about Swimming . My next challenge is nearly here, I will try to swim 2.5 k Butterfly as part of a 5 k swim .That is 125 lengths Fly and 125 Freestyle .
I always find the challenges tough and The sponsorship I have been promised gives me an incentive to continue when I get tired .

The strength and courage shown by my family , friends and clients in fighting the disease , inspires me too.

I am raising money for Cancer Research UK
the world’s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving lives through research, will be involved in Swimathon for the first time.
Marie Curie, the UK’s leading charity for people with any terminal illness and their families, has been Swimathon’s charity partner ten times since it launched in 1986 and has raised over £17 million for the charity through the event during that time.
By taking part in the world’s biggest fundraising swimming event we will be fundraising for two incredible causes.
Once again this awful disease has blighted my family and friends .I know that there is a long way to go but I would
Like to think any money I raise might go some way to finding a cure .

Thanks for reading this post .
